I build iOS apps, fix bugs and make Apple Shortcuts for everyday tasks. I also test websites and iOS apps with VoiceOver and JAWS. I've used assistive technology for over 30 years and trained healthcare and public-sector professionals. My certifications include JAWS, ZoomText and SuperNova. For testing, I work through real tasks and report where users get stuck, what the screen reader announces and how to reproduce each issue.
