I work on two problems. Why Japanese short-form accounts stop growing, and why English marketing copy reads wrong in Japanese. For accounts, I read the public grid, every recent post and its view count in order, and write up what is capping the reach. For copy, I rewrite instead of translating, so the rhythm is Japanese from the first line. I run short-form accounts in Japanese myself.
