He was not super responsive, never recieved any word about my order until almost exactly the end of the 2 day period. This update was not even really an update, just a request for a 1 day extension. When the order was finally done, I requested a revision which again had no response or confirmation...

We honestly thought that it would look like a basic thumbnail but boy did they surprise us. The attention to detail is actually insane. The lighting, theme, setting is all there. Will definitely recommend this person to anyone trying to level up their channel
