I have hands-on experience building and developing a Procurement and Logistics department from the ground up, including the creation of processes, databases, inventory management systems, reporting tools and operational workflows. I was responsible for designing and organizing the department from scratch, establishing procedures for purchasing, inventory control, logistics and supplier management, while creating the digital tools required to manage and monitor the operation efficiently.
