At SOnceb, I worked on mechanical product development and manufacturing projects, turning concepts, sketches and technical requirements into accurate 3D CAD models and production drawings. My work involved SolidWorks and Fusion 360 for mechanical parts, CNC components, assemblies, prototypes and product enclosures. I prepared manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances and GD&T while applying DFM principles to improve machinability, assembly and production efficiency. I also supported reverse engineering of existing and obsolete components, CAD modifications and prototype development. Working closely with manufacturing requirements strengthened my ability to identify design issues early and deliver practical, accurate CAD solutions ready for prototyping and production.
