Owned procurement and supplier strategy for one of the company's largest categories, plus its full foreign economic activity: international sourcing, customs, and FX exposure at scale. What most people in this kind of role never do: I built the supplier alignment that became the operational foundation for the company's e-commerce launch, years before automation or AI were part of the conversation. That online channel went from a rounding error to one of the largest parts of the business. The pattern I bring to every project since: find the operational bottleneck, fix it at the root, and make sure the fix survives contact with real volume, not just a pilot. That's the same discipline behind the AI agent systems I build today.
