Direct creative strategy and visual communication across digital, print, social, web, video, and live environments. Manage social media for 6+ Instagram accounts and Facebook, driving engagement and strengthening brand identity. Design sermon series identities, campaign graphics, event branding, and social media assets from concept to final delivery. Develop cohesive visual campaigns for major events including Christmas, At The Movies, Easter, Women’s Events, Night to Shine, and Baptism Sundays. Produce and edit video content including short-form social media, 3–5 minute announcements, cinematic event pieces, interviews, promos, and weekly bumpers. Plan and execute video and photography production, including setup, camera operation, lighting, audio, directing, shooting, and post-production. Capture photography and B-roll for use across social media, web, marketing, and presentations. Oversee Sunday creative production including photography, social media stories, live YouTube production, and message-related content. Manage creative volunteers by delegating projects, setting direction, providing feedback, and maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with leadership to translate goals and messages into clear, compelling visual communication. Manage website and app content, updates, design, and user-facing communication. Develop storytelling content for interviews, testimonies, recaps, and cinematic productions. Manage multiple projects from concept to completion while meeting deadlines and priorities. Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and formats. Present creative solutions to leadership, aligning design with strategic communication goals.
