Can you work with my confidential data?
Yes. I can build and test on sample or anonymised data, and everything can run locally on your machine with no cloud service involved.
Will I be able to maintain the code myself?
That's the point. Code comes commented in plain English, with a setup guide and a walkthrough of how each step works.
Do I need an ArcGIS licence?
Not necessarily. Many workflows can run through the ArcGIS REST API or with open-source tools (GDAL, geopandas, QGIS) without a desktop licence. I'll tell you which applies to your case before you order.
