Hello! My name is Alex Weir, and my main profession s that I am a Certified Personal Trainer and straight Coach. I have my certification through NASM and train a wide range of clients. Whether you're looking to cut body fat, tone and build muscle, get stronger, or even rehabilitate, I will create and coach you through a unique program that will get you to your goals.
