I work full-time in IT infrastructure and business support, helping maintain real Microsoft 365, Outlook, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, DNS, endpoint and security environments. My day-to-day work involves supporting users, resolving email and Outlook issues, managing Microsoft 365 services, troubleshooting access problems, configuring devices, and helping keep business systems reliable and secure.
