I strategise and execute across all major brands owned by Frasers Group for paid social. Including brands across UK, EU and work as a consultant to brands across the US. Within my first 3 months in the role, I was able to improve our overall ROAS by 8%, whilst managing spends of over £700k, with some brands seeing over 100% increase simply due to minor strategic and structural changes.

Starting my career at dentsu gave me an insight into how major marketing agencies work. I gathered a wealth of experience while working across a number of different clients, with different goals. These goals were not just different because of the industry (as you will find, my fundermentals rarely change), but due to the different states of involvement they had with paid social. For some business I was planning their first ever investment in social, while others had been running for 5+ years. These clients need to be looked at very differently, and at the time I learnt how the stakeholders deserve the same considerations.
