Established and operationalized SLOs, SLAs, and error budget frameworks across engineering teams, strengthening service reliability standards and proactive performance management. 3- Implemented end-to-end monitoring, telemetry, and distributed tracing for Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), virtual machines, APIs, and multi-region workloads using Prometheus exporters, Grafana dashboards, and Azure Monitor Insights. 4- Guided engineers in SRE best practices, observability strategy, and incident management, and chaos engineering, improving operational resilience and engineering readiness across teams.

We are almost at the end of the end of the project and despite the many complexity Ali is navigating it well. We are hopefully to have the app ready and running within the agreed time frame. There was some misunderstanding on the price along the way but we have now resolved it.
