The chatbot will direct customers to your support contact when they need further help.
Every package includes:
- An English chatbot for one website
- Setup using your supplied information
- Testing and website embed instructions
Basic: up to 10 FAQs
Standard: up to 20 FAQs
Premium: up to 40 FAQs plus a short handover video
This is a one-time setup service. Chatbot platform subscription and usage fees are paid separately by you.
Live order tracking and automated refunds are not included.

Are there ongoing costs?
My fee covers setup only. You pay any chatbot platform subscription and usage costs separately. We’ll confirm the platform and costs before you order.
How do I add the chatbot to my website?
Every package includes website embed instructions. Please message me before ordering so we can check your website’s compatibility.
Can it track orders or process refunds?
It can explain your shipping and return policies. Live order tracking and automated refunds are not included.
What happens when it cannot answer a question?
I configure it to direct customers to your support contact when their question is outside the supplied information.
What does a revision cover?
One round of changes within the agreed scope. New features or FAQs beyond your package limit require a separate quote.
