As part-time content editor/proofreader, I have been responsible for providing editing/revision services for many types of written works (book format [physical/digital] article format [blog/journal/notebook] & corporate format [report/company profiles]) to assist clients in improving their content by means of proofreading and editing services. I offer suggestions to clients to address the errors they have in grammar, punctuation and spelling; evaluate the total overall readability of a document based upon whether or not readers find it acceptable in terms of ease of understanding and ability to read with understanding. I work to ensure that all documents maintain the same writing tone and style across all created documents (PAGE LAYOUT), and all documents have the same format and structure regardless of type of created document. In addition, I collaborated with writers/content creators to assist them with their creation, while also providing my input/assistance to enhance the authenticity of an individual writer's voice, structure, and intent of writing, as well as providing organizational assistance, suggesting restructuring of the created documents, and preparing all created documents for publication or professional use (all work created is considered "professional" content). I participated in these activities as a means of developing a strong "detail-oriented" ability and effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently met established deadlines.
