I’m an HR professional with over a decade of experience, and three years at the executive level working closely with leadership and c-suite and reporting directly to the CEO.
In 2021, I took all the best practice that I learned in corporate HR and started consulting. I specialize in helping small businesses, entrepreneurs, and startups with everything HR. From establishing it in their work place, to best practice, to creating scalability. In the last year, I noticed themes from my clients so I created digital downloadable versions to offer at an affordable price to all US companies.

You can quicky tell that Allison really understands the HR space as well as popular HR/payroll tools like Gusto. While I came into the consulation with zero knowledge, Allison was able to establish and explain a plan for my small business to become more efficient and compliant running our HR.
