He didn’t spend any time on my design. He was always late in responding. I thought that he had forgotten my order. Then, it seems as if he hurried and sent me a draft— not a good one. I rejected the offer. I re-emphasized and even sent him samples of what I was expecting. He STILL sent me a Hasty design which He removed. I need a Refund
