Operated and managed my own Print on Demand store on Redbubble, gaining hands-on experience building and managing a POD business. Created approximately 500 individual quote-based designs, focused on wall art, inspirational quotes, typography, and graphic design. I handled the creative process from collecting and selecting quotes to creating artwork, preparing designs for products, creating mockups, and manually uploading and organizing listings on Redbubble. Managed the store independently, including product creation, design preparation, product uploads, listing management, catalog organization, mockups, and ongoing store updates. I worked across both the creative and operational sides of Print on Demand, including maintaining a large product catalog. My Redbubble experience involved understanding how designs need to be presented as products, organizing a growing collection of listings, and consistently publishing new products to a marketplace. I manually created and uploaded hundreds of products without relying on AI, ChatGPT, or automated publishing tools. Some of my designs generated sales and continue to generate passive income from the store today. While the revenue is modest, the experience is valuable because I have personally built and operated a real Print on Demand store and understand the workflow from a seller’s perspective. This experience strengthened my ability to support clients with Print on Demand tasks such as POD product uploads, product listings, mockups, graphic design, T-shirt design, merchandise design, store organization, and POD store management. My experience includes Redbubble and Print on Demand workflows, along with product design, graphic design, typography, wall art, mockups, and e-commerce listings. I am comfortable following established workflows, handling large numbers of products, keeping listings organized, and working independently with minimal supervision.

Joined Local Optics as the first employee, initially handling a range of business and operational tasks as the company grew. As the business grew, I gradually took on more responsibility and specialized as a Content Manager while continuing to support broader operational needs. Managed spreadsheets, databases, documentation, and recurring workflows with a strong focus on organization and accuracy. Scheduled and published content, ensuring tasks were completed consistently and on time. Supported daily operations across content management, administration, data management, and virtual assistance. Trained and onboarded new employees, helping them learn established workflows, processes, and responsibilities. Took complete ownership of recurring responsibilities and worked effectively with minimal supervision. Built a reputation for consistency and dependability, completing responsibilities without requiring constant reminders or follow-up. Paid close attention to detail and kept manual errors to a minimum, particularly in recurring and data-related tasks. Communicated clearly with colleagues and other departments to coordinate work and keep tasks moving efficiently. Took on new initiatives and additional responsibilities as the company and team expanded. Being the first employee allowed me to see the business from the ground up and gain practical experience across several functions before specializing in content management. One of the most valuable things I developed during this time was the ability to take ownership, work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver consistently without constant supervision.
