I worked with children of various ages ranging from toddlers to 6th graders. I guided them in learning new skills such as reading, writing, math and basic life skills. Fostering independence was the main goal of the classroom. I helped organize and keep the learning environment tidy and appealing to students. Although reading, writing and math tend to be discussed the most, emotional education was also a top priority in the classroom.
