Managing the counselling documents with growing number of students each year. Conducting counselling sessions both for primary and junior high students, including the parent-school communication and coordination with psychological institutions with the goal of students' enrichment. Observing and screening for student's weaknesses and constructing a behavior improvement plan. As well as working as a school counsellor, creating content to document the school's events are also part of the job, which included taking the videos, decoration, creating the content and editing the video until it's accepted to be uploaded.

Assisting in mapping the result from each talent and their potential or gap skills, which then help the learning and development division to minimize the gap skills.
