- Material and furniture specification: I select materials, finishes, and furniture based on aesthetics, durability, budget, and availability. -Moodboards: I create moodboards that communicate the design concept and guide client decisions. - 3D modeling and rendering: I build 3D models in revit to visualize spaces, test layouts and finishes, and show clients the result before anything is purchased or built. - Spec sheets: I prepare detailed spec sheets with product information, dimensions, finishes, and sourcing details, so vendors, contractors, and installers can execute the design accurately.
