FAQ
Can it print to my Zebra or TSC thermal printer?
Yes. I generate native ZPL/EPL for Zebra, TSC, Godex and Honeywell thermal printers, plus PDF and A4 sticker-sheet layouts (Avery style) for normal laser/inkjet printers. Send me your printer model and label size and I will configure the template exactly to it.
Which barcode formats do you support?
Code128, Code39, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, ITF-14 and QR codes. I can auto-generate codes from your SKU pattern, or import the barcodes you already use so nothing on your existing shelf labels breaks.
Do I get the full source code and can I host it myself?
Yes. You receive 100% of the source code, database schema and setup docs. I deploy to your own hosting, cPanel, VPS, AWS or a local LAN server. There is no licence fee, no user limit and no lock-in to me.
Can it work with my existing data or software?
Yes. I import your current products and stock from Excel/CSV, and can connect to QuickBooks, Shopify, WooCommerce, Tally or an ERP through API or scheduled sync. Share a sample file and I will confirm before you order.
How long does a full inventory system take?
The barcode label module is typically 3-5 days. A full IMS with stock movement, scanning and reports runs 10-21 days depending on warehouses and modules. You get a milestone plan and a demo link before final delivery.
Does it work offline or on a mobile scanner?
Yes. The system is responsive and runs on Android handheld scanners and tablets through the browser. I can add offline caching so stock counting continues during network drops and syncs when the connection returns.
Will you support it after delivery?
Every package includes 30 days of free bug fixing. After that I offer monthly maintenance, new modules and feature upgrades. Most clients come back for POS, accounting or multi-branch expansion within a few months.
What do you need from me to start?
Your product/SKU list (Excel or CSV), your printer model and label size, the modules you need, and your hosting details. If you are unsure, message me first and I will map the workflow and recommend the right package.
