Designed and developed a custom Notion Content Management System for a content creator who needed a reliable way to organize, track, and manage her content across multiple platforms. The main challenge was keeping track of what content had been created, where it had already been published, and which platforms it had been repurposed for. As content was distributed across different channels, it became increasingly important to have a clear overview of the entire content workflow without relying on scattered notes or manual tracking. I structured the system to give her a centralized content hub where she could manage individual content pieces from creation through publishing and repurposing. The workspace made it easier to see which content was ready, published, or still in progress, while also tracking the platforms each piece had been distributed to. The system also supported content repurposing, allowing her to keep track of how a single piece of content was adapted and reused across different platforms. This created a clearer content distribution workflow and reduced the risk of losing track of previously published or repurposed content. Using Notion databases, properties, filtered views, and structured workflows, I created a system designed around her actual content process rather than a generic content calendar template. This project strengthened my experience in building Notion content management systems, content calendars, and content repurposing workflows that help creators and service-based businesses organize their content operations and maintain a clear view of their publishing pipeline.

Designed and developed a custom Notion WhatsApp Management and Team Coordination System for White Butterfly, a team that supports families navigating baby loss and provides ongoing care and guidance. The team needed a more organized way to manage conversations and keep track of communication across WhatsApp. With multiple team members supporting families, it was important to have a centralized system for organizing contacts, monitoring conversations, tracking follow-ups, and making sure important communication did not get overlooked. I structured the system to give the team a clear overview of the people they were supporting and the status of their communication. It helped organize WhatsApp-related workflows, track follow-up requirements, assign responsibilities, and give team members better visibility into ongoing conversations. The workspace was designed around the team's real communication process rather than forcing them into a generic CRM. Notion databases, properties, relations, views, filters, and structured workflows were used to create a practical system that the team could use alongside their existing WhatsApp communication. The system also improved team coordination by giving members a shared source of information, making it easier to understand the current status of each conversation and identify what needed attention. This project strengthened my experience in building custom Notion CRM systems, communication management workflows, team coordination systems, client tracking databases, and operational workspaces for service-based organizations. The result was a centralized communication management system that helped White Butterfly organize its WhatsApp workflow, coordinate its team, and provide more consistent support to the families they serve.

Designed and developed a custom Notion Content Creation and Publishing System for Flow Desk Media to help streamline the entire content workflow from initial idea to publication. The main challenge was having a simple, centralized place to capture content ideas, develop and refine them, prepare them for publishing, and keep track of what had already been posted. Instead of letting ideas get lost across notes and different platforms, I created a structured content workspace that kept the entire process connected. The system allows content ideas to be captured and organized as they come up, then moved through different stages as they are refined, developed, prepared, and published. Each piece of content can be tracked throughout its lifecycle, giving the user a clear overview of what is still an idea, what is being worked on, what is ready to publish, and what has already been posted. I designed the workflow to keep content planning, creation, and publishing in the same space, reducing the friction between having an idea and actually putting it out. Using Notion databases, properties, views, filters, templates, and structured workflows, I created a practical content management system tailored to the user's creative process. This project strengthened my experience in building custom Notion content management systems, content calendars, content planning workflows, idea management systems, publishing trackers, and creator workspaces. The result was a centralized content workflow that made it easier to capture ideas, turn them into finished content, publish consistently, and keep track of everything that had been created.
