Worked as a UI/UX designer on Docmost, a SaaS documentation platform, where I helped redesign key parts of the product to improve clarity, usability, and onboarding. My role focused on simplifying complex user flows, refining layout structure, and improving visual hierarchy across the app. I redesigned core screens and entry points to make the product easier to understand for new users, with special attention to the signup and first-time user experience. Led the end-to-end design of an AI Prompt Marketplace enabling AI Prompt Engineers to onboard, create, customise, sell, and manage prompts across multiple use cases. Designed a scalable web-first experience (desktop) with mobile adaptability in mind. Owned the full product design lifecycle—from discovery to launch readiness. Conducted user research, competitive analysis, and market validation to identify key user needs for both Prompt Engineers and Buyers. Developed detailed user personas, JTBD, information architecture, and end-to-end user flows covering onboarding, prompt creation, prompt customisation requests, purchasing, reviews, and engineer profile credibility systems. Designed intuitive dashboards for prompt management, sales tracking, and buyer-engineer communication. Implemented a rating and review system tied to engineer profiles to build trust and marketplace credibility. Defined UX patterns for buying prompts as-is or requesting engineer-led modifications tailored to buyer requirements. Produced high-fidelity UI designs, interaction states, and design documentation optimised for developer handoff. Prioritised usability, conversion optimisation, and marketplace scalability while aligning with AI-driven product standards and SaaS best practices.
