I assisted passengers from around the world with check-in, boarding, baggage, and travel-related questions, communicating in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Working in a busy international airport taught me how to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and make people feel comfortable even in unfamiliar situations. It was a fun and fast-paced experience that helped me become a confident and approachable communicator.
