My store is already live, will the redesign affect my existing orders or products?
No. I work within your existing Fourthwall dashboard, so your products, pricing, and order history stay completely intact. Only the visual design and layout change.
How do I share my store with you so you can assess it?
Simply send me your store URL when you message me. I'll review it, identify the key issues, and outline exactly what the redesign will address before you place an order.
Do I need to take my store offline during the redesign?
No, your store stays live throughout the process. Customers can still browse and purchase while I work on the redesign in the background.
What if I don't have a logo or proper brand assets yet?
Message me and we can discuss options. At minimum I need your brand colours and preferred style direction. If you have no brand assets at all, I'd recommend starting with a brand identity before a redesign I can advise on this.
Can you redesign just one section rather than the whole store?
Yes, the Basic Refresh package is ideal for targeted improvements like the homepage or product pages only. Tell me your priorities when you message me.
