It has become unworthy for me to do this gig for $20 and spent on average above 1hour 

If you can't afford my rate please do not order the gig.

I will connect to your computer securely with TeamViewer (password changes every time you open and close the app)

I will do this gig for $75

$5 - basic gig cost
$50 - remote session part I
$20 - remote session part II

I am not your average support guy, I am a very high level skilled Apple Mac Certified Tech - read the reviews see for yourself
 
I will answer all your questions via the built in chat and during my connect will do an optimization and cleanup

If the issue is not resolve (as long as I don't conclude you have a hardware issue) I will reconnect and fix it with no charge

If the issue still occurs, you must backup and reinstall your mac again
