I'm Amir, an AI engineer and full-stack developer with 9+ years in Python, MATLAB, and machine learning, focused on healthcare and biomedical applications. My main project is a precision health platform I built from scratch, where patients upload lab work, microbiome panels, and raw genetic data to get personalized nutrition, exercise, and medical insights. On genomics, this includes ACMG-based variant classification and polygenic risk scoring, built on FastAPI, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
