Will this setup guarantee my emails always land in the inbox?
While no one can guarantee 100% inbox placement (as it also depends on your sending content, reputation, and engagement), properly setting up SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and other DNS records will significantly improve your email deliverability and reduce the chances of going to spam.
Do you need access to my hosting or domain account?
Yes. To configure DNS records, I’ll need access to your domain registrar or hosting control panel (such as cPanel, Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.). All credentials remain confidential.
How long will it take to see results?
Most DNS changes start taking effect within a few minutes to 2 hours, but full global propagation can take up to 24–48 hours. You’ll usually see improvements in email delivery shortly after setup.
