Director – Renewable Subsidiary: o Managed Eni's renewable energy portfolio in Pakistan, including solar integration into gas operations. o Led the setup and commissioning of the 10MWp Bhit PV Plant in a record 55 days — the world’s largest off-grid brownfield solar project supporting oil and gas operations. o Served on the Boards of two Eni Group companies, building a strong reputation as a results-driven leader. o Expanded the renewable business through innovative business models targeting the corporate sector. Non-Operated Assets Manager: o Managed a portfolio of seven partner-operated upstream assets representing approximately 50% of Eni Pakistan's revenue. o Led procurement and operational reforms that achieved a 46% reduction in OPEX over two years. o Worked extensively with joint venture partners and delivered workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on asset management, performance and cost optimisation.
