A 13 sec video which should have been 1-2 min. I’m not a professional photographer but my footage was good enough to create a decent video. In fact I did it myself on CapCut and it turned out great. I requested a refund and was denied. He should be ashamed of what was provided as a finished product!

The sample he has on his fiver page looks good. The video I got back did not look anything like the sample, and nothing like what my other editor can do. I could have edited this video the way he did myself in 10 minutes. Then he tried to blame the way I shoot my videos which is not the issue, I am a professional videographer.
