Founded and operated an independent coaching and wellness business providing supportive, client-centered coaching focused on mental wellbeing, emotional wellness, self-awareness, confidence, self-care, stress, grief, negative thinking, and personal growth. With a bachelor's degree in psychology and training in CBT, REBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), grief and bereavement, and NLP, I combine psychological knowledge with practical coaching strategies to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, patterns, and challenges and work toward meaningful life changes. Over the years, my work expanded beyond coaching into writing, psychology education, and professional resource design.
