From April 2014 to June 2025, I worked full-time with N Builders Ltd., progressing to Project Director and Director (Planning & Development). I led the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure, power, transmission, bridge, road, industrial, and high-rise building projects across Bangladesh, coordinating with government agencies, local and international contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. I directed multiple projects, managing objectives, schedules, resources, budgets, quality, safety, and risks. I managed contracts exceeding BDT 3,000 million and USD 15 million and secured claims exceeding BDT 200 million and USD 1.3 million, contributing to timely, cost-effective, safe delivery and improved company revenue and reputation. Selected projects included the BDT 950.21 million PGCB Management Training Center at Agargaon; Valuka–Sripur 132kV Double Circuit Transmission Line; USD 9.3 million 300MW Diesel Power Plant and associated substation/transmission works at Keraniganj; BDT 438.34 million 400/230/132kV AIS Substation at Kaliakoir; BDT 250.06 million Rangamati–Khagrachori 132kV Transmission Line; BDT 156.90 million Purbachal road and drainage works; BDT 496.10 million Tangail commercial building; BDT 313.81 million bridge projects; and BDT 337.20 million API Industrial Park infrastructure works. This role strengthened my leadership, project management, contract administration, risk management, commercial, technical, and stakeholder-coordination capabilities.

From August 2005 to March 2014, I worked full-time with Abdul Monem Ltd., progressing from Project Engineer and Assistant Engineer (Civil) to Senior Structural/Material Engineer and ultimately Project Manager. I developed experience in project planning, construction management, contract administration, engineering, tender preparation, & multidisciplinary coordination. I managed more than five major projects from planning through completion, focusing on compliance, quality, safety, cost, schedules, and resource efficiency. As Project Manager, I coordinated teams, subcontractors, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and employers; monitored programmes and budgets; resolved technical and contractual issues; and implemented risk mitigation measures. I reviewed drawings, designs, BOQs, specifications, and documents and prepared technical & financial tenders, including rate analysis. Key achievements included managing the BDT 394 million land development and construction project for the proposed 400/230/132kV substation at Kaliakoir, Gazipur, for Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. (PGCB); the BDT 270 million AM Auto Bricks Ltd. factory complex in Gazaria, Munshiganj; & the BDT 164 million 132kV Shahjibazar–Ashuganj Transmission Line project for PGCB. I also served as Senior Structural Engineer & Material Engineer on the BDT 760 million Mirpur–Airport Road Flyover & Banani Rail Crossing Overpass project, and worked on the BDT 60 million Natore–Rajshahi 132kV Transmission Line. In the Planning and Development Department, I gained expertise in tender preparation, planning, scheduling, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, & procurement. I maintained stakeholder communication, reported performance & risks, & supported timely decisions. This experience established a strong foundation in civil engineering, infrastructure delivery, construction management, risk management, & project planning, while strengthening my leadership, problem-solving, communication, & commercial skills
