• Building and ship PadelGPT, a LangGraph-based multi-agent system embedded in PadelOS, automating club operations across memberships, bookings, pricing, and court management for live customers • Design and maintain a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server (streamable_http transport) connecting agents to Stripe, Google, and Twilio for payments, scheduling, and messaging workflows • Built a distributed observability stack with OpenTelemetry + Langfuse, unifying infrastructure-level tracing with LLM-specific events into a single trace view across the multi-agent system • Wrote custom tracing infrastructure (langfuse_config, traced_session, traced_api_client) that cut time-to-debug for production agent failures and enabled segment-level performance reporting • Evaluated observability frameworks (Langfuse, Opik, LangSmith) on OpenTelemetry support and self-host flexibility, documenting findings in an internal technical report adopted by the team
