●Deliver Tier 1/2 technical support in an enterprise environment, resolving hardware, software, access, and network connectivity issues across Windows systems. ● Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune, enforcing least privilege and security best practices. ● Support secure remote access solutions, including Azure VPN, ConnectSecure, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). ● Monitor and maintain endpoints using ConnectWise RMM, ensuring systems are secure, patched, and compliant. ● Utilize CrowdStrike and DefenseX to monitor endpoint activity, review alerts, and escalate potential security threats. ● Utilize ConnectSecure to perform vulnerability scans, review findings, and assist in prioritizing and remediating security risks across endpoints. ● Troubleshoot network-related issues including DNS resolution, IP configuration, and connectivity problems. ● Provide support for enterprise applications including SharePoint, GoFileRoom, and Thomson Reuters Engagement Manager. ● Utilize basic PowerShell commands to support user administration, troubleshooting, and routine administrative tasks.
