Assigned as Team Lead, I played a key role in building the electrical department from the ground up in a startup environment. I helped grow the team through hiring, mentoring, and performance management, scaling from a small group to a team of 15 engineers. Promoted in April ’25 to Head of the Electrical Department, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, conducting team performance reviews, and overseeing resource allocation. I directly managed client communication and maintained strong relationships with multiple U.S.-based clients, resulting in repeat and long-term collaborations. During my time in this role, I successfully collaborated on large and complex projects across multiple U.S. states (expanding beyond prior experience limited to California), including major airport terminal projects (e.g., LAWA Midfield South Concourse and HAS UA Terminal B) involving electrical distribution, lighting systems, interdisciplinary coordination, and construction administration, as well as police stations and municipal buildings, ensuring compliance with U.S. codes (NEC, NFPA, IECC).

My responsibility at Raywell Studio Pvt. Ltd. included designing electrical systems for residential/commercial/industrial buildings using different software and tools, e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Energy-Pro, Visual-3D, etc. Electrical system design also includes preparing electrical layouts of the buildings and other documents such as panel schedules, equipment specification documents, single line diagrams, etc.
