The overall experience and communication was good, but the visual presentation wasn't consistent. In some scenes by characters look like a black man and in other's he's a white man. I requested the changes but every time one thing got fixed, another got worse. I understand AI can be difficult, but I expected it to be better.

very low quality video made by AI. it feels like they literally took my instructions and directly gave it to the AI without any common sense. the end result is so low I cannot use it whatsoever in any settings or for any purpose. the seller did try to fix it multiple times, I'll give him that. overall,...
