She was very nice and polite. But there was a big disconnect with communication. A $65 gig turned into a $90 “phase 1”. There ended up being three phases, each one with a new price tag. Every update created new issues and new corrections despite clear instructions and visual references. I do believe it’s mostly due to a language barrier though.

The start was rough but the end product was fantastic! She was very cooperative and easy to communicate with. The product delivered faster than I expected it to as well. Overall, she'll be my first pick when I need to commission something similar.
