🔹 Trezix – Multi-Tenant SaaS Platform & Observability Architecture Designed secure multi-account AWS architecture with strict tenant isolation (per-tenant EKS & RDS), fully provisioned using reusable Terraform modules and GitOps workflows. Architected enterprise AWS Landing Zone with Transit Gateway, Network Firewall & WAF, enabling secure onboarding of 100+ tenants. Built a centralized Hub-and-Spoke observability platform: dedicated Hub EKS cluster aggregating telemetry from all Spoke clusters. Implemented Prometheus with Thanos/Mimir for long-term metrics retention and Loki for multi-cluster log aggregation. Optimized SRE metrics for faster troubleshooting while minimizing cardinality and cost. Ensured fully private, secure observability plane. 🔹 Handlenine – EKS & Karpenter at Scale (12+ Clusters) Upgraded 20+ EKS clusters and critical add-ons with zero downtime. Deployed HA Karpenter across 12 clusters for intelligent, cost-aware autoscaling with zonal spreading & instance diversification. Executed zero-downtime migration from Karpenter v0.36 to v1.0 (Provisioner → NodePool/NodeClass) while ~400 applications remained live. Improved elasticity and reduced over-provisioning at fleet scale. 🔹 Orbit – Cost Optimization & Autoscaling Reduced infrastructure costs by ~33% (~$1K/month) without service impact. Replaced Cluster Autoscaler with Karpenter, right-sized workloads, consolidated 6 ALBs into 1, and implemented 50/50 On-Demand & Spot strategy with automatic failover. 🔹 Bain Capital – Synthetic Monitoring & Log Analytics Built proactive synthetic monitoring from nearest AWS regions to reduce MTTD. Developed serverless ALB log analytics pipeline (S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, SNS) enabling one-click incident log access. 🔹 Pilotbird – Greenfield Infrastructure Delivered fully automated, GitOps-driven infrastructure using composable Terraform modules and GitHub Actions for one-click environment provisioning.
