During my time at Sankt Kors Fastighets AB, I served as an intern and student employee, focusing on urban place-making, community engagement, and strategic planning for the Ebbepark innovation district in Linköping. I developed, tested, and implemented an indicator-based place-making model centred around the concept of "place value", while also conducting context analyses of local businesses and stakeholders, leading internal workshops to overcome placemaking implementation barriers and boost citizen engagement. Additionally, I designed community-building initiatives —such as the Ebbepark Advent Calendar—and supported the Community Manager in the organisation and conduction of local events like language lunches and the local festival.
