At CGI, I worked as a Salesforce Developer delivering CRM solutions for public sector and non-profit organisations, including Forestry England, ENGIE, Polaris, PTSD Resolution and the Canal & River Trust. My work included Apex development, Flows, Lightning Web Components, integrations, test classes, data migration and solution design, helping clients deliver scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions. For the Canal & River Trust, I developed and debugged Python scripts to support payroll and timesheet processing, alongside API integrations, chatbot development and IoT proof-of-concepts. Alongside client work, I also led an internal AI innovation project aimed at improving the bid-writing process. The solution analyzed previously successful bids and used AI to identify similar opportunities, helping teams generate more consistent and efficient proposals while reducing the time spent preparing submissions. The project took approximately six months to develop and was selected as the winning entry in CGI's internal innovation competition, receiving recognition for its practical business value and innovative use of AI.
