Design, build, test, and document self-directed Notion workflow systems for project coordination, client onboarding, SOP management, research operations, knowledge organization, and workspace navigation. My work includes mapping triggers, inputs, decisions, handoffs, outputs, and maintenance needs before selecting the system structure. I create databases, properties, status pipelines, filtered views, templates, sample records, usage instructions, and maintenance guidance. I also audit completed systems for duplicate information, unclear ownership, missing next actions, unnecessary views, excessive maintenance requirements, and usability problems.
