FAQ
WordPress or custom code: which one should I choose?
WordPress if you want to edit pages, posts or products yourself from a dashboard. Custom code if you want the lightest, fastest site and rarely change content. If you are unsure, message me with your idea and I will recommend one and explain why.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo, texts, images, brand colors if you have them, and two or three websites you like. Domain and hosting access if you already own them. If you have no texts or photos yet, tell me before ordering so we can agree how to cover that.
How long does it really take?
The delivery time of each package counts from the moment I have all your content. Larger sites and projects with several feedback rounds take longer, so for those I send a custom offer with a realistic date before you order.
Can you redesign or rebuild my current website?
Yes. I can redesign an existing WordPress site or rebuild a site from another platform, in WordPress or in code. Send me the link before ordering so I can check what can be kept and quote it properly.
Will my website be fast and work well on mobile?
Every site is responsive and tested on phone, tablet and desktop. Speed work is included from the Small Business package, and the top package comes with a Lighthouse report you can run yourself. I do not promise a fixed score: it also depends on your hosting.
Can I update the website myself after delivery?
With WordPress, yes: you get a short handover and can edit texts, images and pages from the dashboard. With custom code, small edits need basic HTML knowledge or a quick order with me. Tell me how often you plan to update and I will advise.
Do I need my own domain and hosting?
Yes, the site is published on your own domain and hosting, so you own everything. If you do not have them yet, I help you pick a suitable plan and I set it up. Hosting setup is included from the Small Business package.
My project is bigger than 10 pages or is an online store. Can you do it?
Yes. Message me with the number of pages, the features you need and your deadline, and I will send a custom offer with a fixed price and delivery date.
