I significantly increased sales by promoting a newly launched app in my country, guiding customers through its features and benefits. I also used effective communication and personalized recommendations to boost café sales, suggesting products based on each customer's preferences, needs, and budget while highlighting relevant promotions. My achievements include being selected as Shift Star multiple times, Employee of the Month in December 2024, and Barista of the Year in 2023.
