I worked with Donahue Industries from January 2021 to December 2022, helping develop and grow their YouTube presence through YouTube SEO, keyword research, content optimization, audience targeting, and video visibility strategies. When I started, the channel had only 5 subscribers, with most videos receiving fewer than 50 views on average. The channel had very limited visibility and was not reaching a consistent audience. What I Worked On: YouTube keyword research and topic targeting Video title and description optimization YouTube SEO and search visibility Audience and competitor research Content positioning and video optimization Improving discoverability for relevant search terms YouTube channel growth strategy Video promotion and visibility improvement Ongoing performance analysis and optimization Results Over the course of approximately one year, the channel grew from: 5 subscribers to 500+ subscribers and from: Under 50 average views to 2,000+ average views per video The channel also developed significantly stronger visibility and a more consistent audience compared with its starting point. After achieving this growth, the channel owner eventually stopped publishing on YouTube, which brought the active growth campaign to an end. Key Achievement I helped transform a very small YouTube channel with almost no existing audience into a channel generating 2K+ average views per video and 500+ subscribers, using a combination of SEO, keyword research, optimization, audience targeting, and growth strategies.
