After years of working at a large corporation, I realised the toll a fast-paced, desk-based lifestyle was taking on my body and mind. Pilates became my refuge - a practice that not only built strength and improved my posture but also gave me space to recharge and refocus. Experiencing these benefits first-hand inspired me to train as an instructor, so I can help others find balance, resilience, and confidence through movement.
