I will deploy the website to your server but we need to discuss that because cost & time varies based on the nature of the website and the server/hosting.
What format do you need for converting a design into responsive pages?
It can PSD, Figma, XD, PNG, JPEG, PDF, etc. If you don't have any of these then you can simply give me the link to a similar website you want to create.
