I have worked with the LUMS Centre for Entrepreneurship to set up their design department and communication initiatives. My work included design rebranding of the centre, reports, newsletters, and social media creatives to effectively communicate programs, events, and startup ecosystem activities. Alongside helping startups in their journey. My so far journey includes: LCE 2.0: Rebuild the Branding and overall visual message to engage the right audience Tabeer Project: Design the brand guideline and take care of social media platforms by posting the latest updates of the project and engaging the 15 partners’ universities. Collaborated with a cross-functional team of 22 professionals, including designers, marketers, partnership coordinators, and the learning & development team, to implement user experience and brand consistency across various channels. This was a unique experience to interact with diverse startups and understand their business problems, Ideation testing, product testing, branding development, and make their pitch deck ready for the investment. My role diversifications are listed below: All startups receive guidance on user research, product UI/UX improvement, branding development, and social media campaign design. For the Cohort Induction campaign, conduct research, brainstorm ideas, and execute designs, and iterate based on analytics. Additionally, execute campaigns for other programs, including: 1- An EU-funded Take-up project ending conference with 27 panelists, 6 partner universities, and over 500 attendees. 2- The United Nations-funded Living Indus - Green Startup Youth Champions Award, offering the winner a total of USD $2000 and a guaranteed seat in the nearest National Incubation Center's incubation program. This initiative aims to engage Pakistani youth aged 16-32. 3- Sprint Pakistan - Powered by DigiBOP, a nationwide hackathon associated with the Singapore Fintech Festival, offering an opportunity to attend the event. The SFF 2023 featured participants from over 150 countries, 900+ speakers, and 700 exhibitors. 4- Flat6Labs x NICL Pitch Perfect competition, offering a 4-day bootcamp in Abu Dhabi. 5- Stanford Seed Spark Program, a 5-month bootcamp providing training and mentorship to early-stage startups.

This was an amazing journey, a new skill set added to my toolkit. Understanding of the publications, book layout, bleeding, margins, CMYK color ratio, and the percentage of Key color in publications. 500+ pages Corporate Annual Report designs for projects like Fatima Group, Dynasty, Allied Bank, Nestle, etc.
