Why should I message you before ordering?
Price depends on the size and scope of the space. Send me your plans or sketches first and I'll confirm the price and delivery time before you order.
What do I need to send?
A floor plan or room dimensions. A hand drawn sketch works too. Add inspiration images and your preferred style, materials, and colors if you have them.
How long does it take?
The first draft arrives within 3 days. Total time depends on how many spaces you need and how many revisions, and I confirm it before you order.
Do you do exteriors?
This gig is for interiors only. For house or building exteriors, see my exterior rendering gig.
What if I don't have a floor plan?
A sketch with measurements of the walls, doors, and windows is enough. A finished 2D floor plan is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Basic includes 2, Standard 4, and Premium 6. They cover changes within the agreed brief. A completely new layout is quoted as a new project.
What software do you use?
3ds Max with V-Ray, or SketchUp with Lumion. Final renders are delivered in 4K.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes, for multiple rooms or several units. Message me with the list of spaces and I'll send a package price.
