Quality of final renders were less detailed than portfolio, and my expectations. Lack of creativity for placement. Garden plans very simple and not detailed. Was expecting more and higher quality.

I hired Turna for a critical design project and agreed to pay higher rate than what she originally asked, trusting that the work would be delivered on time. Despite giving her a firm deadline for my client meeting, she failed to deliver by the promised date. Worse, she stopped responding to my messages...
