Local SEO Specialist – Ranked 5 Service Businesses on Google 1st Page

During my time as a Local SEO Specialist, I worked with multiple service-based businesses across Bangladesh to improve their online visibility and achieve first-page rankings on Google. My work covered five different competitive service niches — Plumbing, AC Repair, Cleaning Services, Home Cleaning, and Electrical Services — where I developed and executed complete local SEO strategies from scratch. For each business, I started with thorough keyword research to identify high-intent, location-based search terms that potential customers were actively using. I then implemented full on-page SEO optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, and content improvements to align each page with Google's ranking factors. One of my key achievements was ranking these businesses on Google's first page alongside — and in many cases above — well-established competitors like ServicePointBD, Wozoop, Sheba.xyz, Systech Engineering Ltd., and Sohan Engineering Works. This required deep competitor analysis, content gap identification, and consistent optimization over time. Beyond traditional Google search, I also worked on Google My Business (GMB) optimization and local citation building to strengthen each business's presence in Google Maps and local search results. Additionally, I implemented GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies, which resulted in these business websites being cited by ChatGPT as trusted and authoritative sources — a next-generation achievement that very few SEO specialists can demonstrate. My overall approach combined technical SEO, local targeting, content strategy, and AI search optimization to deliver measurable results across all five businesses.
